The Austrian State Printing House offers demand-oriented apprenticeship and in-service training to all staff. We ensure that employees are always equipped with all the skills that are needed for their work, both now and in the future. Collaborative learning and needs-based development are in line with our agile way of thinking.
The “OeSD Akademie” forms the conceptual framework for in-house development and collaborative learning. A self-organized committee that consists of a number of colleagues takes responsibility to ensure that the employees are trained as best as possible for their jobs.
In its work, the committee sets a competency framework to safeguard that the required skills are available in the company in the long term and are up to date. To do this, it bundles and directs training needs that are identified within the company. All learning formats developed within the “OeSD Akademie” are geared to the direct needs of the employees and planned to be tailor-made.
